- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in international company and/or matrix organization with generalist HR tasks
- Good expertise in Swiss labour law
- Strong IT affinity and process-efficiency/automation orientation
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking, client orientation with business focus
- Outstanding communication skills, motivation, innovation and pro-activity encouragement, challenging differing behaviours
- High initiative, independence, and growth for excellence
- Ability to apply concrete measures and initiatives with global picture in mind
- Fluent English and French. German as strong asset
Tasks
- Manage HR processes for Line Managers and employees
- Supervise recruitment, training, and development
- Handle compensation and benefits
- Maintain labour relations and personnel administration
- Ensure internal communication aligns with HR principles
- Advise managers and employees on HR processes
- Guide managers in leadership and conflict resolution
- Identify and communicate business needs to HR team
- Support and prioritize change processes
- Participate in global HR projects
- Develop and implement local Global HR processes
- Support Alpiq change processes
- Handle other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group
