Tasks
- Coordinate between the company and the external payroll provider
- Supervise efficient and timely payroll execution
- Advise employees on payroll and time-tracking queries
- Process accident reports and child allowance requests
- Manage daily allowance applications and employer confirmations
- Facilitate communication between payroll, finance, and external institutions
- Design and test the future Workday payroll interface
- Generate HR reports on demand
- Implement structural reorganizations within SAP
- Validate and track monthly payroll-related invoices
