Requirements

Tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for client groups
- Address and resolve employee requests and concerns
- Manage and escalate employee issues as needed
- Collect and analyze HR data for business insights
- Support monthly payroll processing by tracking employee changes
- Facilitate local implementation of global programs to enhance culture
- Participate in the recruiting process in Germany
- Provide information on policies, working conditions, and benefits
- Assist with benefit applications and enrollment processes
- Communicate organizational policies and best practices for compliance
- Play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees
