Tasks
- Serve as first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support
- Manage full employee lifecycle with HR Specialist
- Handle HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers)
- Oversee talent management processes (performance, development)
- Manage annual compensation cycle
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems
- Focus on digitalisation, efficiency, and employee experience
- Coordinate with external payroll providers
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll inputs
- Support talent acquisition activities
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives
- Contribute to group-wide HR projects and initiatives
- Support planning and organisation of employee engagement activities
- Organize company events in Switzerland
