Requirements
- Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Understanding of HR data and processes
- Experience with HCM system (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud) advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, independent work
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Effective communication skills
- Spoken and written English or French
- National of CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Master's degree with 2 to 6 years post-graduation experience OR PhD with no more than 3 years post-graduation experience
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
Tasks
- Analyze benchmarking results for compensation and benefits
- Assess modifications to compensation structures and policies
- Model 'what if' scenarios for policy changes
- Develop dashboards and reports for HR
- Provide analytical support to the HR Department
- Support analysis of entry-level salaries
- Participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking
- Perform structural analysis for policies
- Review and develop compensation and benefits policies
- Extract, analyze, and report data for compensation and benefits
- Support operational activities for entry salary calculations
- Maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports
- Develop data visualizations for HR
- Ensure HR data quality and consistency
- Understand underlying HR data and processes
- Contribute to improving data analytics tools
- Contribute to improving reporting processes
- Integrate AI tools into data analytics
