  • •Reports, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen zu Headcount und Personalkosten erstellen
  • •Dashboards und Reporting-Formate entwickeln
  • •Ergebnisse verständlich und adressatengerecht aufbereiten
  • •Konkrete Handlungsimpulse für HR und Fachbereiche ableiten
  • •Jährliche Personalplanung steuern in Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern und Controlling
  • •Transparenz über HR-Kostenstrukturen sicherstellen
  • •KPI-Framework für datenbasierte Personalsteuerung entwickeln
  • •Strategische Workforce-Kennzahlen aus Unternehmenszielen ableiten
