As an HR Consultant, you will provide essential support to line managers and employees, guiding them through the employee life cycle while fostering strong partnerships across the organization. This role involves handling complex employee relations, supporting recruitment efforts, and participating in key HR projects.

Requirements

• •Relevant educational and professional background in HR
• •Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• •Skilled in advising, coaching, and recruiting
• •Confidence in dealing with diverse personalities in an international environment
• •Ability to build an internal network based on credibility and trust
• •Adaptability to a constantly changing environment and diverse cultures
• •Natural team player with empathy and resilience
• •In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law
• •Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• •Proficient user of MS Office and Workday

Tasks

• •Deliver comprehensive HR consulting to line management and employees
• •Consult, coach, and support line managers in their managerial roles
• •Assist employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
• •Foster strong partnerships with the business at all levels
• •Engage in regular discussions with line management on HR key topics
• •Handle complex employee relation cases with the HR Legal department
• •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on employee relations
• •Support recruiting and onboarding with the Talent Acquisition Desk
• •Assist HR Business Partners in implementing core HR processes
• •Manage redundancy and exit scenarios for line managers and employees
• •Maintain the core HR system 'HR Connect' (Workday)
• •Continuously develop expertise in handling HR Connect
• •Actively participate in HR projects
