Requirements

Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business goals
  • Provide individual support and coaching for the Swiss area
  • Offer expertise in HR and business strategy alignment
  • Guide organizational design and workforce planning
  • Enhance employee engagement and culture management
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with business leadership on talent management
  • Partner with HR COEs and functional HRBPs for strategy implementation
  • Develop and implement talent attraction, development, and retention strategies
  • Own key HR metrics for client groups
  • Conduct deep dives to identify root causes and develop countermeasures
  • Lead talent assessment and development
  • Identify key employee strengths and development needs
  • Manage succession planning and talent development
  • Drive engagement processes from analysis to action planning
  • Lead merit and bonus planning
  • Manage performance and talent reviews
  • Handle complex case management and provide expert advice
  • Ensure professional execution of corporate policies and HR programs
  • Manage local labor and employee relations for legal compliance
  • Serve on the Swiss leadership team, pension foundation board, and works council
  • Co-create and implement programs supporting business and people strategies
