- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High degree of integrity
- Passion for strategic HR topics
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Natural team player, enthusiastic for results
- Drive for results, ability to set priorities, coordinate, meet deadlines, and reprioritize
- University degree and HR Management further education
- Profound expertise as HR Business Partner, preferably financial sector
- Extensive project and change management experience
- Experience with Senior Management contracts, reward schemes, and strategic sourcing
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- High business acumen and commercial attitude
Tasks
- Deliver strategic HR advice to top and senior management
- Support region/unit heads in business strategy implementation
- Act as a partner to line management in change management
- Guide leadership in organizational development and human capital
- Define and implement a people strategy aligned with the bank’s goals
- Consult senior management on complex HR issues
- Support strategic workforce management and succession planning
- Manage talent and low performer processes
- Advise on organizational design and change management
- Analyze employee engagement survey results
- Recommend improvements for highlighted areas
- Manage the year-end compensation and performance process
- Support senior or key position hiring
- Manage strategic HR projects
- Ensure HR policy adherence across units and locations
- Participate in cost efficiency programs
- Define synergies and review geographical footprints
- Monitor FTE and cost budgets
- Represent HR in management committees
