- Measure and adjust change effectiveness
- Lead talent reviews with business unit
- Coach managers to strengthen leadership
- Identify and address capability gaps
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team
- Ensure quality of HR processes
- Maintain social compliance
- Prevent psychosocial risks
- Leverage HR data for actionable insights
