Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws, regulations, and HR practices
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, or mediation

Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Align HR strategies with business goals
- Provide individual support and coaching
- Offer expertise in HR and business strategy
- Guide organizational design and workforce planning
- Enhance employee engagement and culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop a people strategy aligned with global and regional goals
- Collaborate with business leadership on talent management
- Partner with HR COEs and functional HRBPs
- Implement aligned HR strategies and programs
- Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent
- Own key HR metrics for client group
- Conduct deep dives to identify root causes
- Develop and execute countermeasures
- Lead talent assessment and development
- Identify key employee strengths and needs
- Select, retain, and develop key talent
- Lead succession planning and talent development
- Identify critical roles and prepare talent pipelines
- Drive engagement processes
- Analyze, communicate, and plan for engagement
- Lead merit and bonus planning
- Manage performance and talent reviews
- Handle complex case management
- Provide expert advice on employee issues
- Ensure professional execution of corporate policies
- Manage local labor and employee relations
