Tasks
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business goals
- Provide individual support and coaching for the Swiss area
- Offer expertise in HR and business strategy alignment
- Guide organizational design and workforce planning
- Enhance employee engagement and culture management
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with business leadership on talent management
- Partner with HR COEs and functional HRBPs for strategy implementation
- Develop and implement talent attraction, development, and retention strategies
- Own key HR metrics for client groups
- Conduct deep dives to identify root causes and develop countermeasures
- Lead talent assessment and development
- Identify key employee strengths and development needs
- Manage succession planning and talent development
- Drive engagement processes from analysis to action planning
- Lead merit and bonus planning
- Manage performance and talent reviews
- Handle complex case management and provide expert advice
- Ensure professional execution of corporate policies and HR programs
- Manage local labor and employee relations for legal compliance
- Serve on the Swiss leadership team, pension foundation board, and works council
- Co-create and implement programs supporting business and people strategies
