Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 15 years' HRBP experience, ideally in global manufacturing
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Track record in change management and talent development
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
• Initiative, strong communication, and influencing skills
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and strong teamwork skills
• Business fluent English and other European languages

Tasks

• Lead the HR function for the European High Voltage Business Unit
• Translate business goals into actionable HR priorities
• Partner with leaders to implement the people strategy
• Manage a dedicated international team of HR Business Partners
• Drive talent outcomes and organizational effectiveness
• Coach business leaders on appropriate HR solutions
• Represent the business to Centers of Expertise and HR Operations
• Action long-term workforce planning and organizational capabilities
• Analyze HR data to address organizational dynamics and trends
• Optimize organizational structures according to group standards
• Build a high-performance culture through KPIs and targets
• Recognize and reward high performance in teams and individuals
• Execute succession planning for business-critical positions
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the talent structure
• Advise on and facilitate necessary change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
