HR Business Partner(m/w/x)
Guiding managers on recruitment, performance, and absence management. 3-5 years HR generalist experience required. Hybrid work, health insurance contribution.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR processes across employee lifecycle
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
- Swiss Federal Certificate in Human Resources (Brevet Fédéral RH) is an asset
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee-related topics
- Well-positioned for support and coordination role within HRBP function
Tasks
- Coordinate performance management processes
- Partner with managers in recruitment
- Support absence management
- Guide on HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and investigations
- Serve as Workday HR system contact
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts
- Liaise with payroll and finance teams
- Maintain HR records and data
- Prepare HR reports and analyses
- Support HR initiative implementation
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in organizational development
- Collaborate with international HR teams
- Monitor HR action plans and deadlines
