Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across employee lifecycle
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
  • German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
  • Swiss Federal Certificate in Human Resources (Brevet Fédéral RH) is an asset
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee-related topics
  • Well-positioned for support and coordination role within HRBP function

Tasks

  • Coordinate performance management processes
  • Partner with managers in recruitment
  • Support absence management
  • Guide on HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and investigations
  • Serve as Workday HR system contact
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts
  • Liaise with payroll and finance teams
  • Maintain HR records and data
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses
  • Support HR initiative implementation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in organizational development
  • Collaborate with international HR teams
  • Monitor HR action plans and deadlines
