Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship, high school diploma, or university degree
  • Further education or certification in HR administration (plus)
  • Experience in comparable international HR position
  • Strong MS Office and Workday knowledge

Tasks

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Business Partner Team
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles
  • Handle candidate communication and agency correspondence
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for selected junior positions
  • Perform thorough reference checks
  • Address ad-hoc employee and stakeholder requests
  • Provide timely administrative support across various HR topics
  • Prepare and draft employment contracts
  • Draft professional reference letters
  • Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Manage administrative tasks for joiners and leavers
  • Obtain necessary work and residence permits
  • Support relocation activities for new staff
  • Maintain and update HR data in relevant tools
  • Create and analyze detailed HR reports
  • Ensure smooth HR operations through diligent data management
  • Collaborate closely with the broader HR team
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and professional development initiatives
