Tasks
- Provide proactive administrative assistance to Partners
- Manage complex diaries and email correspondence
- Prioritize requests and prepare high-quality documents
- Anticipate needs for meetings and travel
- Coordinate complex international business travel and itineraries
- Research and book flights, hotels, and visas
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Organize onsite meetings and coordinate catering
- Prepare materials for various team meetings
- Register team members for key industry events
- Create presentation packages for internal governance bodies
- Handle incoming calls and mail distribution
- Process monthly expense reports accurately
- Support the Private Equity Management Investment Team
- Provide administrative backup for international colleagues
- Share best practices to improve team efficiency
