Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship, high school diploma, or university degree
- Further education or certification in HR administration (plus)
- Experience in comparable international HR position
- Strong MS Office and Workday knowledge
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Friendly team player with service orientation
- Reliable, discreet, and self-motivated personality
Tasks
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Business Partner Team
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles
- Handle candidate communication and agency correspondence
- Coordinate and conduct interviews for selected junior positions
- Perform thorough reference checks
- Address ad-hoc employee and stakeholder requests
- Provide timely administrative support across various HR topics
- Prepare and draft employment contracts
- Draft professional reference letters
- Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Manage administrative tasks for joiners and leavers
- Obtain necessary work and residence permits
- Support relocation activities for new staff
- Maintain and update HR data in relevant tools
- Create and analyze detailed HR reports
- Ensure smooth HR operations through diligent data management
- Collaborate closely with the broader HR team
- Participate in cross-functional projects and professional development initiatives
