Tasks
- Ensure capacity ramp-up for 3 batches per week

- Execute particle and defect detection according to regulations
- Lead and organize a team of qualified employees
- Manage team setup, including hiring and training
- Collaborate with Production, QC, QA, and Supply Chain
- Oversee training programs and Vivaldi-activities
- Meet visual inspection productivity targets
- Maintain high efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience
- 5 - 7 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
