- •Define multiyear priorities and national agendas
- •Propose resource tradeoffs to maximize impact
- •Establish pathway mapping and bottleneck identification standards
- •Co-design innovative approaches with internal and external leaders
- •Codify playbooks and secure multiyear funding
- •Replicate successful initiatives across sites and regions
- •Identify portfolio-level and policy-level risks
- •Set change management strategies and frameworks
- •Sponsor stakeholder engagement plans and manage escalations
- •Coordinate delivery across diverse cross-functional teams
- •Align with the global Transforming Care AI team
- •Foster partnerships with clinical societies and provider networks
- •Define KPI taxonomies and success metrics
- •Manage dashboards and data pipelines across markets
- •Lead rapid cycle learning loops and knowledge transfer
