Head PRWD Analytics and AI(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative strategies and AI-driven solutions to enhance patient-focused analytics. Your work will involve collaboration across teams, building capabilities, and representing the organization in industry engagements.

Requirements

• •PhD or advanced degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences related fields
• •10+ years of experience in RWE generation, advanced analytics, AI, technology, digital transformation, or business solutions
• •Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
• •Expertise in statistical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and working with diverse PRWD sources
• •Proven leadership in innovation and transformation across global, enterprise-level organizations
• •Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions at scale, preferably through strategic external partnerships
• •Good understanding of regulatory, payer and HTA bodies requirements and industry standards for PRWD and PRWE
• •Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• •Commitment to excellence through collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail while meeting time-sensitive demands

Tasks

• •Develop and execute a strategy for PRWD insights and evidence generation
• •Pilot best analytical practices for actionable insights and evidence
• •Lead the design and scaling of AI-driven solutions
• •Create and operationalize innovative tools for evidence generation
• •Ensure compliance and quality standards in solution development
• •Drive cross-functional processes and training for PRWD solutions
• •Enhance organizational capabilities and decision-making
• •Collaborate with PRWE, CMS, IT, R&D, and healthcare teams
• •Improve data interoperability across diverse RWD sources
• •Recruit and manage a high-performing team of experts
• •Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• •Build partnerships with academic institutions and health data networks
• •Represent the organization at industry conferences and workshops
