Requirements

  • 8+ years professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk Management
  • Proven experience leading teams or managing complex service delivery environments
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (outsourcing, operational resilience, DORA, VAIT, financial sector regulations)
  • Experience building or managing risk management frameworks or managed services (advantage)
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related field
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint); GRC tools experience (OpenPages, ServiceNow, or similar) (plus)
  • Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
  • General openness and high motivation to regularly change positions and collect experiences

  • Ensure transparent outsourcing and third-party inventories.
  • Include supporting risk documentation in inventories.
  • Serve as the central TPRM governance function.
  • Ensure alignment with Allianz Group standards.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements like DORA.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on complex third-party risk.
  • Conduct and oversee TPRM maturity assessments.
  • Drive improvements with Risk, Legal, and other teams.
  • Ensure strong quality assurance for TPRM processes.

  • Ensure efficient operational delivery of TPRM activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external service providers.
