- Great communication skills with diverse international audiences
- Excellent command in English for presentations and reports
- Other languages a plus

- Pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
- Required PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
- Preferred experience in other GRC tools
- Desired German language skills (clear plus)
