Requirements

  • Closed enterprise SaaS/platform deals (CHF/EUR 300K+ ARR) into banks, asset managers, or capital markets institutions as deal owner
  • Experience selling technology products with 6-12 month sales cycles involving procurement, IT security, legal, and multiple business sponsors
  • Operates with structured sales methodology and can articulate deal qualification process concretely
  • Ability to run product demo or lead demo with pre-sales; functional product understanding
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience selling into capital markets specifically (structured products, derivatives, trading technology)
  • Ability to hold credible technical conversations with front-office professionals
  • Track record of managing POC-to-production conversion in complex institutional environments
  • Experience in scale-up environments building or refining sales processes
  • Enterprise sales professional from capital markets technology vendors (Murex, Calypso/Adenza, Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, SIX, FIS, Numerix, Leonteq, or similar)
  • SaaS/platform seller from fintech company with institutional banking clients
  • Sales leader from trading platform, pricing engine, risk system, or post-trade technology provider
  • Background in structured products or derivatives is a plus for credibility
  • Primary experience not trading, structuring, or relationship-based brokerage

Tasks

  • Sell structured products software platform
  • Acquire new clients and expand revenue in existing accounts
  • Run repeatable enterprise sales process
  • Close software deals in complex institutional environments
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Qualify and discover prospects
  • Orchestrate product demonstrations with pre-sales
  • Manage POC and pilot processes
  • Build business cases and navigate procurement
  • Negotiate contracts for enterprise platform
  • Develop expansion plans for existing accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive NRR growth
  • Increase platform adoption in existing accounts
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Collaborate with marketing and product on go-to-market strategy
  • Represent Elus at industry events
  • Generate pipeline from industry events
  • Maintain CRM discipline and accuracy
