- Ability to travel throughout the EMEA region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Tasks
- Shape a forward-looking vision for efficient, customer-centric operations
- Identify investment areas and prioritize major initiatives for each brand
- Collaborate with franchise partners to enhance restaurant performance
- Oversee testing and development of restaurant procedures for food products
- Lead the Operations Equipment team to improve efficiencies and minimize maintenance
- Ensure exceptional service standards and execute guest experience projects
- Develop training programs for restaurant owners and team members
- Advise on region-specific training needs and recommend training mediums
- Identify labor market challenges and create supportive tools for restaurant owners
- Develop and adapt a technology roadmap for restaurant systems and programs
