Requirements

• •Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field
• •Desirable certifications in BPM, Agile, or Project Management
• •Experience leading PLM and ALM initiatives
• •Ability to translate vision into strategies
• •Strong grasp of DevOps principles
• •Success in driving strategic transformation initiatives
• •Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• •Strong cost management skills
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• •Proactivity, resilience, and commitment to learning
• •Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
• •Fluent English and optional German skills

• •Develop and execute the department's vision and strategy
