Description

You will orchestrate the end-to-end release lifecycle for a global product portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and quality while leading a team to synchronize complex project dependencies.

Requirements

• •Degree in engineering, project management, or comparable
• •10+ years of project management experience
• •Track record delivering complex hardware/software programs
• •Experience in fire safety or building management
• •Ability to manage consolidated project budgets
• •Leadership and global team management skills
• •Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies like SAFe
• •Resilience and analytical approach to work
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Proficiency in English and German knowledge
• •Legal eligibility for Swiss work authorization
