- Report directly to the CEO
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee
- Lead all people-related topics in Switzerland and Germany
- Further develop the HR agenda aligned with business priorities
- Support internal growth and expansion initiatives
- Lead key HR cycles: performance, talent management, compensation, and leadership development
- Ensure robust HR governance and regulatory compliance
- Maintain audit readiness in a highly regulated environment
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Contribute to operational HR topics
- Handle sensitive employee relations cases
- Recruit for key and senior roles
- Make complex people decisions
- Develop HR systems and processes
