Tasks
- Ensure compliant handling of legal, regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements
- Manage global IT financial processes and controlling
- Define and improve IT financial processes and intercompany charging concepts
- Conduct IT financial closings, reporting, and analysis
- Establish and track relevant IT KPIs
- Operate IT Service Portfolio management
- Document, budget, invoice, and report IT services globally
- Own the IT budgeting process
- Serve as data processor for legal data protection activities
- Act as SIS contact for internal and external audits
- Manage department personnel, including staffing, development, and performance appraisals
- Ensure staff training aligns with current and future responsibilities
- Enforce Sika’s guiding Policies & Principles in the department
- Oversee IT budgeting, planning, and controlling
- Supervise all financial activities of SIS
- Collect, analyze, and report IT TCO globally
- Define, track, and report relevant IT KPIs
- Manage costs effectively
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and consultancy for SIS Management
- Develop and implement MIS tools and reporting
- Create and implement financial solutions aligned with strategic group initiatives
- Operate and execute the Internal Control System for SIS
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Comply with and provide information for local tax rules/audits
- Create, update, and monitor SLA and SLA cost allocations
- Manage SL cost centers and service level agreements
- Budget and monitor SLA costs
- Provide SIS framework for SLA management
- Support local tax audits
- Communicate and collaborate with the controller community and data protection responsible
