- •10+ years of progressive sales experience
- •Solid hands-on experience in crypto, virtual asset, or regulated exchange industry
- •Demonstrable network of relationships with key institutional participants
- •Exceptional business development skills and commercial judgment
- •Familiarity with European financial regulations and regulatory bodies
- •Fluent professional English; proficiency in German or another major European language is highly advantageous
- •Full-time commitment based in Frankfurt, Germany office
- •Ability to travel frequently across Europe
- •Eligibility to work in Germany and other EU countries without sponsorship

- •Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
- •Represent the exchange at industry conferences and regulatory engagements
