Requirements

• •15-20 years' experience in capital projects
• •Delivering complex projects exceeding USD 500m
• •Engineering, metallurgy, or related Bachelor's degree
• •Top-tier consulting or senior operational experience
• •Ability to challenge and influence leadership
• •Experience in asset turnarounds and transformation
• •Building and managing technical teams
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Advanced degree in Engineering or Metallurgy
• •International experience across multiple geographies
• •Experience in mining or renewable energy
• •Background in consulting and operational delivery
• •Familiarity with Lean Construction and methodologies
• •Experience with stage-gate and capital governance
• •Contract negotiation and subcontractor management knowledge

Tasks
