- •Extensive experience in energy trading operations or Middle Office
- •Deep knowledge of ETRM platforms, preferably Endur
- •Proven leadership and people management experience
- •Strong understanding of trade lifecycle controls and risk management
- •Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- •Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills

Tasks
- •Own ETRM business processes and the trade lifecycle
- •Lead and manage the Trade Process Analyst team
- •Provide Level 3 support for complex business issues
- •Manage Endur-related processes and new product implementations
- •Define and maintain controls across the trade lifecycle
- •Prioritize and sponsor business-led changes and enhancements
- •Partner with IT Application Operations for platform stability
- •Represent the business in ETRM governance and steering forums
- •Utilize business SMEs to reduce operational risk
