- Prioritize the new product approval process
- Assess operational readiness for trade structures
- Secure controlled booking for new transactions
- Represent user interests in prioritization forums
- Translate business needs into structured IT demand
- Define and enforce golden-source data logic
- Ensure consistent controls across desks and regions
- Drive automation and straight-through processing initiatives
- Guide the adoption of architectural enhancements
