- Champion annual brand plan and global alignment
- Drive consumer-centric go-to-market plans
- Author marketing briefs for seasonal campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are consumer-first
- Translate performance metrics into strategic insights
- Advocate for brand impact and business growth
- Stay informed about sport and cultural trends
- Understand competitor landscape and consumer needs
- Build deep emotional connections with consumers
- Collaborate with regional and channel teams
- Maintain a single, powerful global brand narrative
