- •Experience in listed companies & global environment
- •Proven experience managing executive compensation & regulatory frameworks
- •Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- •Outstanding analytical & strategic competences
- •Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- •University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

- •Define and implement the global compensation and benefits strategy
- •Ensure competitive and fair reward programs
- •Oversee global governance of compensation frameworks
- •Lead the annual global compensation cycle
- •Prepare remuneration materials for senior management
- •Advise the Executive Board and Remuneration Committee
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- •Draft the Compensation Report
- •Manage compensation and benefits budgets
- •Conduct global market benchmarking and analytics
- •Deliver KPI-based reporting for stakeholders
- •Advise senior leaders and internal stakeholders
- •Collaborate with external partners and consultants
- •Serve as Business Owner for Workday HRIS modules
- •Drive continuous optimization and standardization
- •Lead and develop the C&B, Global Mobility, and Payroll teams
- •Foster a culture of performance and collaboration
