Tasks

  • Centralize and coordinate HCP engagement documentation
  • Deliver high-quality service to HCPs
  • Coordinate activities for Intuitive events with HCPs
  • Support local HCP compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support for HCP events
  • Collect and organize required HCP interaction documents
  • Support multiple internal stakeholders
  • Assist with HCP nomination, contracting, and onboarding
  • Coordinate event execution and reimbursement
  • Input data and track progress in company systems
  • Distribute necessary information to HCPs
  • Process basic compliance documentation
  • Support compliance admin and metric reporting
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and compliance tracking
  • Liaise with internal and external teams
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Escalate questions or issues to management
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Participate in training and ongoing learning
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects
