Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in B2B data, RevOps, or product/internal tooling roles
  • •Strong SQL skills
  • •Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
  • •Hands-on experience with low-code/web app frameworks
  • •Experience with Git
  • •Experience with JavaScript
  • •Experience with Python or similar
  • •Salesforce or equivalent CRM expertise
  • •Solid understanding of B2B sales processes
  • •Experience building automations/workflows
  • •Integrating AI features to speed up development
  • •Builder mindset with end-to-end ownership
  • •Experience in data analysis, UX, rollout, and iteration
  • •Strong communicator in English and German (minimum C1)
  • •Proactive with stakeholders
  • •Comfortable in agile, fast-paced setups

  • •Focused on delivering results efficiently

  • •Build and evolve internal tools for Sales and Marketing
  • •Implement automations to eliminate manual steps
  • •Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development
  • •Create clean, intuitive interfaces for sales users
  • •Translate user needs into clear requirements with GTM Strategy
  • •Analyze data and write SQL queries
  • •Build robust spreadsheets and present insights clearly
  • •Maintain CRM dashboards with reliable data
  • •Collaborate via Jira in agile setups
  • •Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
