Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in SC
  • Understanding of E2E SC and expert Planning knowledge
  • Success leading projects and project management certification
  • High computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Kinaxis
  • Fluency in English and advantageous German skills
  • Design thinking, innovation methodologies, and change management expertise
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to challenge processes and introduce innovation
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to learn quickly and creative thinking

Tasks

  • Serve as the Kinaxis planning systems key user
  • Manage plasma, production, packaging, and replenishment planning
  • Orchestrate global supply chain community meetings
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange and innovation discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process inefficiencies
  • Lead impactful change initiatives as project manager
  • Define and analyze performance-monitoring KPIs
  • Implement new technologies and automation solutions
  • Act as a change agent to challenge the status quo
