Requirements

  • Strategic procurement and Category Management experience
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong project management experience
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to navigate complexity and change

Tasks

  • Develop global sourcing and contracting strategies for pharmaceutical expansion projects
  • Manage turnkey delivery models including EPC and EPCm
  • Procure pharmaceutical consultancy services and technical equipment
  • Execute procurement strategies for group-wide IT hardware and software
  • Collaborate with global IT stakeholders across R&D and production
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts
  • Review technical documentation and prepare commercial award materials
  • Manage supplier claims alongside stakeholders and specialists
  • Act as the primary commercial interface for project suppliers
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and mitigate contract risks
  • Negotiate robust commercial terms and strategic global partnerships
  • Maintain sourcing reports and KPIs for data-driven decision-making
