Requirements
- •HRIS expert with 5-8 years experience
- •Technical hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- •Understanding of HR processes and systems
- •Knowledge and experience with Open Text, ATOSS (a plus)
- •Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
- •Experience in vendor selection
- •Project Management & Relationship management
- •Effective communication skills for multinational environments
- •Collaborative and proactive mindset
- •Fluent in English and French

Tasks
- •Take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
- •Manage operational configuration for Onboarding and Recruiting
- •Configure Compensation and Employee Central modules
- •Implement change requests from concept to rollout
- •Provide hands-on support for SuccessFactors and HR systems
- •Support system integrations via SAP CPI
- •Develop and harmonize the HR system landscape
- •Create and maintain HR KPI dashboards
- •Lead strategic HRIS projects
- •Train end-users on HRIS processes and features
- •Collaborate with external implementation partners
- •Work closely with HR and IT departments
