- Improve employee experience and efficiency
- Enable business units through governed self-service
- Support automation and citizen development
- Partner with business stakeholders for productivity and automation
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement
- Establish and enforce governance for security, compliance, data lifecycle, and low-code usage
- Manage budget, licensing, and vendor relationships
- Communicate roadmap, risks, and value to senior stakeholders
