- Coordinate cross-unit collaboration
- Generate insights through market and competitor analysis
- Support senior management with recommendations and decision-making
- Support GPS teams in project and change management
- Collaborate with Group Strategy and Group Finance
- Define and drive team ambitions with Head of GPS Strategy & Business Development
- Synthesise complex data into clear and visually compelling presentations
- Develop and deliver high-quality strategy papers and market analyses
- Provide actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Drive rollout of new business projects and initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends
- Provide GPS updates for management committees
- Meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Adhere to user manuals and guidelines
- Demonstrate values and behaviors including honesty, integrity, and fair dealing
- Manage conflicts of interest and ensure risk management
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
