Requirements

• •Degree in Banking, Business, Economics, Finance, Law
• •2-3 years professional experience (advantageous)
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive initiative
• •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• •Service-oriented mindset and client support dedication
• •Systematic, precise, and resilient working style
• •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• •Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• •Self-starter with solution-oriented mindset
• •Fluency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish

Tasks

• •Act as the primary contact for stakeholders
• •Manage calendars and organize travel arrangements
• •Facilitate meetings and coordinate corporate events
• •Screen phone calls, emails, and postal inquiries
• •Prepare tailored and engaging client meeting decks
• •Research client cases to provide valuable insights
• •Maintain and update complex client profiles
• •Compile data from multiple sources for reporting
• •Support Wealth Planners in client and prospect meetings
• •Contribute to the overall case management process
• •Ensure accuracy within the client management system
