Tasks

  • •Prepare tailored and engaging client meeting decks
  • •Research client cases and relevant wealth planning issues
  • •Provide valuable insights to the team
  • •Administer complex client profiles and maintain updates
  • •Gather and compile data from multiple sources
  • •Generate reports and ensure completeness within deadlines
  • •Participate in client and prospect meetings
  • •Contribute to the overall case management process
  • •Act as a contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • •Manage calendars and organize travel
  • •Facilitate meetings and events
  • •Screen phone calls, email enquiries, and post
