- •Knowledge of Dermatology Immunology stakeholders
- •Experience leading teams and brand strategies
- •Experience managing global brands
- •Product launch and pre-launch experience
- •Credibility in P&L management
- •Cross-functional enterprise leadership skills
- •Stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- •Collaborative work in matrixed environments
- •Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Valid passport

- •Report to the Global Head of Immunology
- •Serve on the Immunology Franchise Leadership Team
- •Manage assets from Proof of Clinical Concept to launch
- •Orchestrate end-to-end commercialization for medicines and vaccines
- •Drive standardized, AI-powered launch excellence
- •Develop disease area strategies and co-positioning narratives
- •Oversee market development and pre-launch plans
- •Partner with Wave 1 countries and Global Brand Teams
- •Direct institutional learning and market shaping
- •Commission rapid insights work
- •Connect with KOLs and patient advocacy groups
- •Ensure rigorous launch readiness management
- •Lead launch readiness reviews with senior management
- •Communicate launch barriers and opportunities
- •Own the Global P&L for dermatology brands
- •Oversee strategic and financial planning
- •Develop sales and expense forecasts
- •Lead vision and strategy for launch brands
- •Support Wave 2+ country launches
- •Provide commercial direction on pipeline planning
- •Support program teams through the governance process
- •Communicate requirements for regulatory approval and market access
- •Define market differentiation for new products
- •Align business development roadmaps with TA strategy
- •Evaluate commercial synergies with the TA portfolio
- •Build and develop a best-in-class team
- •Foster strong coordination across functions
- •Collaborate daily with medical, regulatory, and digital teams
