Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Financial Reporting / FP&A
- Experience in functional coordination or project management
- Experience in international environment with acquisition-driven growth

- Strong Power BI knowledge (DAX, data modelling, report design)

- Solid finance knowledge: consolidation, P&L analysis, NWC, acquisition integration
- Experience with planning software (e.g. Vena Solutions, Anaplan, Jedox)
- Strong hands-on mentality, active involvement in reports, data, analyses
- Proactive ownership mindset, independent topic driving
- High attention to detail and quality awareness
- Natural authority and persuasiveness, functional guidance
- Willingness to dive deep into numbers and carry out operational reporting
- Structured and systematic way of working
- Strong communicator, clear explanation of technical matters
- Resilient and pragmatic in dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Tasks
- Own end-to-end accuracy and consistency of FP&A reports
- Validate and cross-check figures before report publication
- Integrate acquired entities into the reporting landscape
- Manage reporting packages at group, regional, and business unit levels
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies across reports
- Advance PowerBI reporting landscape with PowerBI Specialist
- Drive automation in DWH/PowerBI stack
- Define standards for report design, data modeling, and naming conventions
- Identify optimization potential in existing reports and processes
- Coordinate and guide PowerBI Specialist and Reporting Associate
- Prioritize and coordinate delivery of reporting requests
- Serve as sparring partner and subject matter expert for reporting team
- Handle subsidiaries' reporting queries and data quality issues
- Collaborate with Head of FPA for strategic alignment
