Requirements
- •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Sciences, IT, or Engineering
- •At least 5 years of experience in multinational financial consolidation
- •Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance and consolidation related to COGS and Inventory
- •Proven knowledge of financial reporting systems and data structures
- •High digital fluency and passion for data products
- •Proven ability to translate complex data architecture into actionable financial insights
- •Capable of shifting between detailed analysis and high-level perspectives
- •Highly independent, entrepreneurial, and outcomes-focused
- •Exceptional team player with collaboration skills
- •Strong time management and organisational skills
- •Effective written and verbal communication skills

- •Own the FR@ME management reporting system
- •Administer FR@ME Data Products
- •Drive consolidation and management reporting for PT financials
- •Ensure high-quality data for analytics and decision-making
- •Engage with stakeholders across PT, GRaPE, IT, and Digital networks
- •Manage the transition of FR@ME to the future reporting solution
- •Coordinate global PT reporting and planning data during Aspire go-lives
- •Support FP&A squad during month-end closing and planning cycles
- •Collaborate on cost consolidation and cost of goods manufactured (CoGM)
- •Understand reporting needs and deliver financial insights
