Tasks
- Define and govern global Order-to-Cash processes
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end O2C
- Align processes with cross-functional global teams
- Build and maintain a Power User community
- Monitor performance KPIs and drive corrective actions
- Analyze feedback to prioritize process developments
- Define IT requirements and user stories for SAP S/4HANA
- Manage global process documentation and user manuals
- Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and business cases
- Authorize and govern Requests for Change
- Manage business testing and final deployment releases
- Develop and execute training for end users
