- •Proven experience in senior HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role
- •Experience in or supporting divisions related to construction, technology, or manufacturing
- •Strong business acumen connecting HR strategies to business objectives
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Expertise in organisational design, talent management, and change management
- •Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and collaborate effectively
- •Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing global HR initiatives

- •Act as a trusted advisor to the division's President
- •Provide strategic guidance on People & Culture initiatives
- •Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business priorities
- •Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies
- •Partner with Regional People Partners for HR alignment
- •Address local HR needs and challenges
- •Drive talent programs to attract and retain top talent
- •Develop a strong leadership pipeline
- •Foster a culture of continuous learning
- •Support optimization of organizational structures
- •Enhance efficiency and collaboration within the division
- •Lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions
- •Engage employees during periods of transformation
- •Ensure adherence to HR governance framework and policies
- •Maintain flexibility to meet the division's unique needs
- •Implement the Global People Partner agenda for future readiness
