- •Identify and address potential roadblocks
- •Guide senior and function managers on Lean Leadership
- •Build skills and mindsets across the network
- •Facilitate a unified digital community
- •Engage PTT Leaders to uncover needs and remove barriers
- •Align with other PT OE Partners for cohesive solutions
- •Communicate clearly and foster collaboration
