- Drive convergence between Digital and IT/OT organizations
- Ensure Data and Digital scalability from a technical, organizational, and compliance perspective
- Drive innovation to maintain PT's thought leadership in Digital and AI within the Pharma industry
- Own and drive Lean Production systems maturity across the PT organization
- Ensure Lean and Digital Data and Analytics capabilities for site development
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and solve complex operational challenges
- Model and realize Roche’s core values and Pharma Operating principles
- Oversee organizational design and implementation of Lean and Digital activities
- Manage staffing, talent management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Account for the overall budget and financial performance of the organization
- Collaborate as an active member of the PT Leadership team
